when i was a manager at a UA theatre (cerritos mall if any socal folk are about LOL) my firm stance to everyone working during my shift was, "i don't care if you guys yak and whatnot, but if a customer walks thru the door you are all over them." folk loved me 😄😄
The question of half empty or half full depends on if the water has just been poured in or out.
I can't believe that it's taken my whole life to hear that perspective. I wish I could take that answer back to my childhood.
